Thank you very much for ordering tickets for alice nine.'s ONEMAN TOUR 2008.

This time, the applications made through the FC have surpassed our expectations for some performances.
For those whose application as been rejected as a result of the lottery, your refund money has been sent today by delivery-certified mail.
The performances subjected to this refund are the following. Please check.

※Please acknowledge that tickets preordered through the fan club will be given absolute priority. Tickets preordered through the homepage come right after.
※It is only possible to pre-order for the performances listed above. The performances on August 10 in Koriyama, and those on August 30 and 31 at Nakano SUNPLAZA do not apply.
※For those who have already pre-ordered tickets for the above performances through the FC, please acknowledge that your applications are already being processed and that you don't need to apply twice.

How to request
Please pay for the tickets by filling out the blue postal money transfer form which you can find at your post office.
(money transfers by express, telegraphic or money orders won't be accepted)

● Total amount of money: price of a ticket (￥4,200) x desired number of tickets + shipping fee (￥700)
● In the "Message" area, please write:
1. Performance(s)'s date(s) and location(s)
2. Desired number of tickets (there's no number restriction)
3. Your full name
4. Your address
5. Your home phone number and your cellphone number if you have one
6. Please write "HP SENKOU".

Reception deadline
Until April 11, 2008 (fri) - valid if postmarked on that date

Important notes Please be sure to read the following before proceeding your reservation.
　
※It is possible to get a refund if you made a mistake with your entry or payment. Also, please acknowledge beforehand that you will be refunded for all the performances if you've entered more than one of them on a single money transfer form.
●It is possible to use one money transfer form for one performance. If you know the performance's date, please apply by writing a new money transfer form each time.
●Shipping and handling charges are ￥700 no matter how many tickets you request. Please be aware that these are different from the post office's handling charges.
●In case where there would be too many reservations for the same performance, the tickets will be drawn by lottery system. Please be aware that those with mistakes with their entries or payments will be unable to participate to the lottery. However, those whose reservations have been rejected will receive a notice until 2 days before the first day of the regular pre-sales (May 31), and they will then be refunded. Please be aware that in this case, a handling fee (￥700) will be deducted for the reply.
● For guests bringing children along with them, you may be asked to leave at once if complains and the like are received from other guests. Please be informed in advance.
●You will be contacted by phone if a mistake is found in your application. If your cellphone is configured to block unknown numbers, we will be unable to contact you, therefore you might want to enter club ALICE's phone number in your phone.
●Tickets will be dispatched about 2 weeks before the actual performances. Please enquire with us if you still haven't received your tickets even 5 days before the performance's date. We will not refund if you haven't contacted us once the performance is passed.
●Please let us know as soon as possible if your address changes.
●Please keep your payment's receipt carefully until you receive the tickets. It is a proof of your payment deposit in case you don't receive your tickets.
●It is not possible to make changes or cancel a money transfer, or to reissue tickets that have been lost.
●Ticket numbers are drawn by lottery and have nothing to do with the order in which your payment is received.
